Moist Pineapple Banana Bread





I made this last night and it's delicious! I baked it in a cast iron pan and cooked it for 60 minutes and I think it was about 5 minutes too long - but still delicious. Next time I think I will check on it in 50 minutes.

  1. I MADE THIS BREAD YESTERDAY ...AWSOME ..BUT WHY WAS MY BREAD QUITE DIFFRENT IN COLOR MINE WAS QUILT DARK...AND THE TOP OF YOUR BREAD LOOKED VERY MOIST..AND LIGHT IN COLOR ..DID I FORGET TO DO SOMETHING
